HELP ME! BECAUSE FRANKLY, I NEED HELP!!!

I am not a llama or anything but this is really urgent!!! These stupid yellow spots have appeared on my face and I'm afraid it will take away the beauty of Cecil and Doris. Oh great and worthy Dalai Lama, the ruler of all llamas please help my ugly face become even uglier.
